Shipping and Delivery Information
Your orders are delivered to you through our contracted cargo companies. After your orders are approved, they are delivered to the cargo company within 1-3 business days. Depending on the city/district to which your order is delivered, it takes 3-5 business days for the cargo to reach you.
Our contracted cargo companies deliver between 09:00-18:00 on weekdays. There is no delivery between 09:00-13:00 on Saturdays, on Sundays and on public holidays.
After your orders are delivered to the cargo, you can follow the delivery process with your cargo tracking number sent to you from the shipment tracking area on the relevant cargo company's website.
The orders you place through our site are delivered to your address within the borders of Turkey by our contracted cargo companies. Cargo companies carry out shipments to districts, towns, etc. outside of large settlements on certain days of the week. Maa Althahab is not responsible for any delays that may occur in similar cases. In addition, many cargo companies do not deliver to villages throughout Turkey, and in cases where they do, an additional cargo fee may be requested. In these cases, any additional fees that may occur belong to the recipient.
If you cannot be at the address you specified, your package is returned to the nearest branch by the cargo officer, who leaves a note where you can find the branch details. You can collect your package from the said branch within 3 (three) business days. During this period, the cargo that is not received is sent back to Maa Althahab. In your orders that are sent back to us, you can confirm your name - surname, address and telephone information by sending an e-mail to info@maa-althahab.com or by calling us at 0212 488 68 30 and request that the product be sent to you again.
If your cargo is sent to a wrong address, the necessary procedures are carried out by Maa Althahab. The address information you provide to us during your purchases through our website is automatically transferred to the cargo company. In this case, any possible problems or deliveries to the wrong address are not an error of Maa Althahab. If there is a delivery to the wrong address and/or a delivery to the wrong person, you can report this to us by sending an e-mail to info@maa-althahab.com or by calling us at 0212 488 68 30. The issue is transferred to the relevant cargo company by Maa Althahab and the necessary procedures are carried out.
The cargo fee incurred as a result of your orders is reflected in your order at the rate specified in the payment section. The implementation of free delivery for certain periods, over certain order amounts and/or for certain products is entirely at the discretion of Maa Althahab.
