RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal & Return Conditions

In accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, you have the right to return purchased products within 14 days from the delivery date without stating any reason.

The protective packaging, plastic wrap, seals, and safety tapes of the product must remain completely unopened, intact, and unused.

Due to hygiene and personal care product regulations, returns and exchanges are not accepted for perfumes and cosmetics whose packaging, seal, or protective wrap has been opened, tested, or used.

2. Technical Inspection & Defective Products

Products requested for return undergo a technical inspection upon arrival at our facility.

If a manufacturing defect or formula issue is identified, the return or exchange will be processed. Returns are not accepted for issues caused by misuse or improper handling.

3. Shipping & Delivery Damage

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any physical damage, leakage, or breakage, do not accept the package from the courier and request a Damage Assessment Report (Kargo Hasar Tespit Tutanağı).

Return claims for physical damage cannot be accepted if the package was received without a formal Damage Assessment Report.

Please notify us immediately with a copy of the report, and our company will arrange a replacement shipment promptly.
