RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Products that have been opened, used, damaged, etc. cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return and exchange requests must be made with the original packaging.
If any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use, or similar conditions are detected in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned, its price will not be refunded, and it will not be exchanged.
After the product requested to be returned reaches Maa Althahab, it will be sent for technical examination. If no fault is detected in the product during the checks or if a report is given that it was made faulty by the user, the return will not be accepted.
Problems arising from delivery;
If the product is checked during cargo delivery and there is physical damage, the package should not be received from the cargo company. A return transaction cannot be made for a product that is detected to have physical damage after the product is received from the cargo company.
If the package is not accepted and a report is kept, it should be reported to Maa Althahab as soon as possible with the copy of the report that you have. Maa Althahab will ensure that a new delivery is made as soon as possible.
In order for us to accept a product return, there must be a defect in the product formula or a damaged delivery. Returns are not accepted for reasons other than that.
